ASPC-Tucson, on South Wilmot Road in Tucson, is Arizona’s largest prison complex. It is a men’s complex made up of several units across a range of custody levels, and it holds one of Arizona’s two men’s death rows, in its Rincon Unit. Because the complex spans multiple units and security levels, visiting and movement are arranged at the unit level and vary from one unit to another.

Personal mail does not go to the prison. Since December 2025, Arizona routes incoming personal mail to an off-site Securus digital-mail center in Dallas, Texas, where it is scanned and delivered to the person’s tablet; address it to [person’s name and ADCRR number], P.O.
