How to deposit

Indiana routes money to an incarcerated person’s trust (commissary) account through ViaPath Financial Services on the ConnectNetwork platform. Deposits can be made:

  • Online at ConnectNetwork.com,
  • through the “ConnectNetwork by ViaPath” app,
  • by phone — Trust Fund deposits 888-988-4768, AdvancePay 800-483-8314, PIN Debit 855-706-2445 — or
  • by mailing a money order.

This applies to every Indiana state prison, including the two operated by GEO.

Mailing a money order

Mailed money orders go to:

ViaPath Financial Services 2603 NW 13th Street, P.O. Box #328 Gainesville, FL 32609-2835

A money order has a maximum of $300, must be made payable to “ViaPath Financial Services,” and must include the required deposit form.

How the account works

Money sits in the person’s trust account and is used for commissary and approved purchases.

Trust-account deposits are separate from money put on a phone/tablet (calling) account, which also goes through ConnectNetwork. For calling funds, see the phone & video guide.

Fees and limits

Fees and limits change. Check ConnectNetwork for current fees, limits, and how to set up an account. A quoted figure is not reliable; the vendor’s current schedule is the authoritative source.
